Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Client Experience Assistant SEA to support the Client Experience Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences across the SEA market, through activations and in-boutique initiatives.

You will coordinate with boutiques, internal teams and external partners, handle stock movements and vendor tasks, and contribute to cross-functional projects, all with a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

As Client Experience Assistant SEA, you will be supporting Client Experience Manager to ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered in the SEA market, through the implementation of Maison client-related activations which include:

Support the roll-out of Client Experience guidelines, tools, gifting campaigns, and in-boutique animations in line with Maison guidelines.

Coordinate with boutiques, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and follow-up.

Manage administrative tasks including stock movements, vendor management, and PO creation to support Client Experience activities.

Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
