Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore seeks a Client Experience Assistant SEA to support the Client Experience Manager in delivering exceptional service across the SEA market. You will implement client-related activations, coordinate with boutiques and internal teams, and handle administrative tasks to ensure flawless execution.

You are organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to uphold Maison guidelines and elevate the client journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the roll-out of Client Experience guidelines, tools, gifting campaigns, and in-boutique animations in line with Maison guidelines.
• Coordinate with boutiques, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and follow-up.
• Manage administrative tasks including stock movements, vendor management, and PO creation to support Client Experience activities.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

What are we expecting from you?

As Client Experience Assistant SEA, you will be supporting Client Experience Manager to ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered in the SEA market, through the implementation of Maison client-related activations which include:
