Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor to support the Selling Ceremony and achieve excellent sales results. You will introduce clients to the brand values, build lasting relationships, and manage clienteling, after-sales, and client experience.

Responsibilities include sales, product knowledge, administrative procedures, store warehouse, stock, and maintaining the store image through windows and display. Passion for industry trends and fluent in the local language are important.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or customer-facing role desirable.
• Knowledge of brand heritage is a plus.
• Fluent in the local language and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and promote product knowledge.
• Engage clients with strong clienteling and after-sales service.
• Enhance client experience and manage administrative procedures.
• Maintain store image, windows and display standards.
• Handle store warehouse, stock and inventory processes.
