Job summary

Moncler seeks a Client Advisor Manager to lead a dedicated sales team and deliver the full Moncler Client Experience. The role centers on achieving sales targets while upholding brand luxury standards across clienteling, after-sales and client development.

You will manage the team, oversee store image and merchandising, and ensure exceptional client service. Fluent English and local language are required, with 1–2 years of managerial experience in fashion luxury or retail.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in structured Fashion Luxury / Retail / Hospitality (International Companies preferred).
• 1-2 years as Client Advisor Manager.
• Passion for and knowledge of the industry.
• Fluency in local language and proficient English.

Responsibilities

• BUSINESS: Drive sales, maintain product knowledge, manage KPIs to achieve targets.
• CLIENT: Execute clienteling, after-sales support, foster client experience and development.
• PROCEDURES: Maintain systems and processes.
• STORE IMAGE: Oversee windows, display and visual merchandising.
• PEOPLE: Organize and coordinate the sales team.
