We are hiring an Cleaning Manager.

The person typically supports the operation steam together with the operation manager with tasks related to daily cleaningactivities, scheduling, staff coordination, inventory management, and clientcommunication.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and assigndaily cleaningduties to cleaners.

• Prepare cleaning schedulesand ensure allareas are cleanedaccordingto company standards.
• Inspect cleaning workand maintain highstandards of cleanliness, ygiene, and safety.
• Train new cleaningstaff on propercleaning methods, equipment, hemicals, and safetyprocedures.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms,and work performance.
• Ensurecleaning equipment, tools, and supplies areproperly maintained andavailable.
• Monitor stock levelsand request cleaningmaterials when suppliesare low.
• Handlecomplaints from clients, residents, or managementand take correctiveaction.
• Coordinate with managementand other departmentsregarding cleaning requirements.
• Ensure properhandling and storageof cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleaning checklists, inspection reports, attendancerecords, and otherdocumentation.
• Report maintenanceissues, damages, hazards, or safety concernspromptly.
