Job summary

LOKAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee large-scale cleaning operations in Singapore. You will manage 200+ cleaning staff, coordinate daily activities and long-term projects, and drive service improvements through regular quality checks and documented action plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
• 2-3 years of operations experience within the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to provide thorough documentation.
• Self-motivated and well-organized with a proactive attitude.
