Job summary

gn cleaning services pte. ltd. is looking for a Cleaning Operations Supervisor in Singapore to lead, train, and coach cleaning staff, plan rosters, monitor attendance, and deploy teams to client sites.

You will conduct quality inspections to ensure hygiene standards, manage stock of supplies and equipment, enforce safety procedures, and address client feedback promptly to sustain exceptional service levels.

• Client Relations: Address client complaints and feedback promptly to maintain service standards.
