The person typically supports the operationsteam together with the operation manager with tasks related to daily cleaningactivities, scheduling, staff coordination, inventory management, and clientcommunication.

• Supervise and assigndaily cleaningduties to cleaners.
• Prepare cleaning schedulesand ensure allareas are cleanedaccordingto company standards.
• Inspect cleaning workand maintain highstandards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Train new cleaningstaff on propercleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and safetyprocedures.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms,and work performance.
• Ensurecleaning equipment, tools, and supplies areproperly maintained andavailable.
• Monitor stock levelsand request cleaningmaterials when suppliesare low.
• Handlecomplaints from clients, residents, or managementand take correctiveaction.
• Coordinate with managementand other departmentsregarding cleaning requirements.
• Ensure properhandling and storageof cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleaning checklists, inspection reports, attendancerecords, and otherdocumentation.
• Report maintenanceissues, damages, hazards, or safety concernspromptly.
• Conduct regular siteinspections and followup on areasrequiringimprovement.
• Ensure cleaners followworkplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with specialcleaning projects, events, deep cleaning, and emergency cleaningwhen required.
• Motivate and guidethe cleaning teamto achieve dailywork targets.
