Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Cisco UCM Support Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Video Conferencing systems, Webex Room devices, codecs, endpoints and associated peripherals. You will provide L2/L3 operational support for conference rooms and events, plan VC technology refreshes, and coordinate with AV vendors to ensure design accuracy and alignment with standards.

Qualifications

• Cisco UCM / CUCM, Cisco Video Conferencing, Webex Room devices, codecs/endpoints, SIP/H.323, and video conferencing protocols.
• Webex, Zoom, Teams experience.
• Incident and change management.
• Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, VLANs.
• CCNA/CCNP certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Cisco Room Series, Webex Room devices, codecs, collaboration endpoints and associated peripherals.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support for conference rooms and collaboration technologies.
• Plan and execute VC technology refresh projects.
• Provide technical support for client events and other high-profile corporate events.
• Collaborate with Global Design team to align with room design standards and updates.
• Coordinate with the Places team and AV vendors to ensure design accuracy and technical alignment.
