Job summary

RAPSYS Technologies PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Support Engineer for Cisco UCM / AV / VOIP to maintain and optimize unified communications environments.

You will administer Cisco UCM, Webex Cloud services, and ensure smooth interoperability with Cisco video, Webex, Zoom, and Teams. The role requires hands-on incident and change management, plus strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, VLANs).

Qualifications

• Experience administering Cisco UCM / CUCM environments.
• Knowledge of SIP and H.323 protocols.
• Familiarity with Webex and video conferencing systems.
• Experience in incident and change management.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, VLANs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Cisco UCM/CUCM environments.
• Design and support interoperability between Cisco Video Conferencing and Webex Cloud.
• Provide L2/L3 support for conference rooms and peripherals.
• Plan VC technology refresh projects and support high-profile corporate events.
• Coordinate with design and AV vendors to ensure technical alignment.

Cisco UCM / AV / VOIP - Support Engineer

• Administer and support Cisco UCM / Unified Communications Managerenvironments.


• Administer and support Cisco Webex Cloudservices.

• Support Cisco Room Series, Webex Room devices, codecs, collaboration endpoints and associated peripherals.


• Provide L2/L3 operational support for conference rooms and collaboration technologies.


• Plan and execute VC technology refresh projects.


• Provide technical support for Client Events and other high-profile corporate events.


• Collaborate closely with the Global Design team to align with the latest room design standards and updates.


• Coordinate with the Places team and AV vendors to ensure design accuracy and technical alignment.
