Qualifications

Familiarity with Cisco UCM (CUCM) administration and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of SIP and H.323 signaling.
Experience with video conferencing infrastructure (Webex, Zoom, Teams).
Knowledge of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, VLANs.
Ability to manage incidents and changes effectively.
