Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking a Support Engineer to administer and support Cisco UCM environments and Webex Cloud services. The role involves designing interoperability between Cisco Video Conferencing, UCM, Webex Cloud, Zoom, and Teams, and providing L2/L3 operational support for conference rooms and devices.

The candidate will work from the office in Singapore, coordinating with AV vendors and internal teams to refresh VC technology and support high-profile client events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cisco UCM / Unified Communications Manager and AV support.
• Hands-on knowledge of Webex Cloud services and room devices.
• Ability to design and implement interoperability between video platforms (Cisco Video Conferencing, UCM, Webex Cloud, Zoom, Teams).
• Experience providing L2/L3 operational support for conferencing environments.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams for events.

What You'll Do

• Administer andsupport Cisco UCM / Unified Communications Managerenvironments.

• Plan and execute VCtechnology refresh projects.
• Provide technicalsupport for Client Events and other high-profile corporate events.
• Collaborateclosely with the Global Design team to align with the latest room designstandards and updates.
• Coordinate withthe Places team and AV vendors to ensure design accuracy and technicalalignment.
