Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cisco UCM (CUCM) administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of SIP and H.323 signaling.
• Experience with video conferencing infrastructure (Webex, Zoom, Teams).
• Knowledge of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, VLANs.
• Ability to manage incidents and changes effectively.
