Qualifications

• 5+ years in Unified Communications or collaboration tech.
• Strong Cisco CUCM/UCM administration experience.
• Hands-on with Cisco Webex, Video Conferencing, and Room devices.
• Familiar with SIP/H.323 and conferencing tech.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident/change management.
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, VLANs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Cisco CUCM/UCM environments.
• Manage Cisco Webex and collaboration platforms.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing.
• Provide L2/L3 support for meeting rooms and conferencing systems.
• Troubleshoot voice, video, and connectivity issues.
• Support executive meetings and business-critical events.
• Participate in upgrades, integrations, and improvements.
