Proficiency in Chinese-style wok cooking is essential. You will help optimize menus, control ingredient costs, and ensure consistent taste and presentation while mentoring junior cooks, with meal provisions and a path for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the kitchen, including coordinating food preparation, food serving processes, and staff scheduling.
• Skilled in Chinese-style wok cooking, ensuring consistent taste, high quality, and stable presentation of dishes.
• Assist in menu improvement, control ingredient costs, and enforce standardized kitchen SOPs.
• Work closely with store management, carry out tasks efficiently, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
