Job summary

StarHub Ltd is seeking a senior Platform Architect to define end-to-end architectures for ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM and a scalable observability stack. You will lead a cross-functional team across Cloud, Network, and DevOps domains to deliver integrated platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure, deep ServiceNow expertise, and experience turning architecture into repeatable managed offerings, with strong governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years in enterprise infrastructure or managed services with leadership in architecture.
• Deep hands-on or architectural experience in ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/CMDB, Elastic Stack, automation.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end platform architecture for ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM and observability stack.
• Lead governance for multi-tenant or managed service platforms.
• Architect telemetry pipelines and elastic observability integration with ServiceNow.
