StarHub seeks a seasoned Platform Engineering leader to oversee enterprise SaaS platforms, ensuring stability, security, and regulatory compliance. You will guide a team of engineers, drive migrations to AWS, and optimize platform performance.

The role emphasizes governance, incident response, and collaboration with Security, DevOps, and Operations to align roadmaps and optimize costs. Strong scripting and observability experience are essential.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Platform Engineering or SaaS Operations in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC) and migrations from on-premise to cloud.
• Strong knowledge of observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace) and automation scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
• Experience leading platform engineers and driving operational excellence.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, licensing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of SaaS/Platform Engineers.
• Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and SLA compliance.
• Drive platform governance, including security, RBAC, compliance, audit readiness, disaster recovery, and vulnerability management.
• Lead platform upgrades, patching, automation, monitoring, and continuous operational improvements.
• Support and lead migration of legacy on-premise systems to AWS Cloud.
• Administer observability platforms and tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace) and their integrations.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and release management, including RCA and service improvement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and support contracts.
• Maintain platform documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform roadmap, operational priorities, and cost optimisation.
