Job summary

Tsao Family Foundation in Singapore seeks a Head of Partnerships and Communications to shape the Foundation’s external presence and partnerships from the ground up. You will craft storytelling, build relationships with grantees, partners, funders, and media, and lead social media, especially LinkedIn, with a warm, human voice.

Qualifications

• A real affinity for TFF’s mission and comfort in communications and impact work.
• Experience in partnerships, communications, or stakeholder engagement within philanthropy or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate complex ideas into clear narratives.
• Natural relationship-builder who listens, earns trust, and collaborates with grantees, family, funders, and media.
• Familiarity with social media and digital storytelling, especially LinkedIn.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore, with regional/global travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shape and elevate TFF’s voice and reputation in the impact sector regionally and globally.
• Identify, cultivate, and steward partnerships with grantees and community-rooted organizations.
• Nurture relationships across the Tsao network to align philanthropic efforts.
• Own TFF’s social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, with a values-aligned voice.
• Represent TFF at regional and global forums to build visibility with funders and leaders.
• Plan and deliver TFF-hosted gatherings that catalyze collaboration.
