Tsao Family Foundation in Singapore seeks a Head of Partnerships and Communications to shape the Foundation’s external presence and partnerships from the ground up. You will craft storytelling, build relationships with grantees, partners, funders, and media, and lead social media, especially LinkedIn, with a warm, human voice.
Tsao Family Foundation (TFF) was established by four fourth-generation Tsao siblings — Calvin, Mary Ann, Frederick, and Cheryd — as an expression of the family’s shared values and long-standing commitment to giving. The Foundation operates with a vision of “Flourishing Life for all,” which translates into its mission to strengthen ecosystems, pioneer catalytic approaches, and support community-rooted solutions that address the interconnected challenges of our time. The Foundation’s work is guided by the Tsao Way and grounded in five core values: Strategic, Mindfulness, Interconnectedness, Love, and Equity. These values inform how TFF approaches partnerships and impact work across Southeast Asia. The Foundation identifies itself as connectors rather than disruptors, with a role focused on untangling fragmented efforts and strengthening shared flourishing among the people, organizations, and systems it works alongside. TFF brings the “6Ts” to every partnership: Time, Thought Leadership, Ties, Treasure, Talent, and Testimony. The Foundation’s current strategic priorities include climate, health, culture, and mindset transformation across Southeast Asia. As a values-led family foundation, TFF operates with a small, close-knit, mission-driven team structure and maintains a commitment to building lasting relationships across the global philanthropic and impact sectors.
As Head of Partnerships and Communications, you will serve as Tsao Family Foundation’s storyteller and relationship-builder, shaping how the Foundation is known and experienced across the impact ecosystem. This role involves building the partnerships that turn the Foundation’s strategy into on-the-ground collaboration. You will work closely with the Executive Director and the wider TFF team, with real latitude to shape this role as the Foundation’s external presence grows. This position is designed for someone who is equally comfortable building genuine relationships and crafting compelling narratives. Your work will be visible and valued within a small, mission-driven team where you’ll have the opportunity to help shape a growing, values-led foundation’s external presence and partnerships from the ground up. You will have exposure to a global network of philanthropic and impact leaders, providing opportunities to build lasting relationships across the sector.
