Job summary

Singapore Association for the Deaf is seeking a Head of Engagement to drive Partnerships, Fundraising, and Communications & Marketing. You will shape strategy, foster long-term corporate and community partnerships, and co-create compelling donor journeys.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead a team, mentor staff, and drive engagement initiatives that advance inclusion and impact for the Deaf, Deafblind, and hard-of-hearing communities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in fundraising, partnerships, or donor relations.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns and major gifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Partnerships & Donor Management: lead strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, and institutions; manage donor portfolio and proposals.
• Communications & Marketing: oversee external comms strategy, marketing plans, and event management; enhance public awareness.
