Job summary

TRULY ENAMOURED, Asia's leading luxury bridal brand in Singapore, seeks a General Manager to be the Founder & CEO's second-in-command. You will lead day-to-day operations, build a high-performing leadership team and drive commercial performance to prepare for regional expansion.

This is not a traditional GM role; you will create scalable systems, elevate luxury client experiences and reduce founder dependency while delivering sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in luxury retail or high-touch services.
• At least 5 years managing multi-functional teams with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of growing a business and improving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Build a leadership team capable of operating independently.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Develop scalable systems, dashboards and SOPs.
• Lead regional expansion initiatives.
• Partner with Founder on strategic plans.
