Truly Enamoured, a luxury bridal destination in Singapore, seeks a Client Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of brides, lead consultations and convert appointments into bookings. You will maintain attentive communication, coordinate with operations and deliver premium styling experiences from consultation to wedding day.

Qualifications

Proven consultative sales performance in luxury or premium sectors.
Experience managing a client portfolio with organized follow-up.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong relationship management.
Strong upselling ability and understanding of client needs.
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead consultations and recommend gowns and styling options.
Convert appointments into bookings and maintain client communication post-confirmation.
Manage multiple client journeys with clear next steps and records.
Provide personalised recommendations and address client questions to progress decisions.
Coordinate with operations, fittings and alterations to fulfill client requests.
Build lasting relationships and encourage referrals through exceptional service.
