Mapped in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our luxury bridal boutique. You will lead private consultations and fittings, delivering personalised styling and guiding clients and families through decisions.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in consultative, high-value sales within luxury fashion or premium services, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences in a boutique setting.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven sales experience in consultative, high-value sales.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and client conversion.
• Strong customer service background with ability to manage high-stakes decisions.
• Passion for fashion, couture styling, and memorable client experiences.
• Target-driven, commercially minded with commission motivation.
• Polished presentation and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and multiple appointments.
• Ability to work retail hours, including 1 weekend and boutique events.

Responsibilities

• Lead private consultations and fittings with luxury styling advice.
• Own end-to-end client journey, manage touchpoints and follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed boutique KPIs and sales targets.
• Provide tailored recommendations to each client’s style and needs.
• Build long-term relationships driving referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team and share market insights to improve performance.
