Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand customer accounts by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Handle inquiries, provide pre-sales technical consultation, prepare quotations, and secure sales orders.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure product availability and support.
• Deliver technical support and after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct customer visits, including travel where needed.
