Job summary

ST RECRUITMENT CENTRE in Singapore is seeking a proactive Mechanical/Mechatronic/Chemical Engineering graduate to join our sales team. You will study technical enquiries, interpret client requirements, and support proposal development.

This role involves designing process concepts, generating flowsheets, coordinating quotations, and presenting technical solutions to clients, with occasional travel to meet customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in Powder Processing System & Equipment or Engineering Sales is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment.
• A great team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Diploma/Degree Graduates without related experience are welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel (Occasional).

Responsibilities

• Be a team member of the sales department.
• Study technical enquiries and interpret client requirements and/or URS.
• Participate and lead technical clarification meeting.
• Provide process design, technical and application support including process flow diagram or flowsheet generation.
• Provide costing on proposed equipment/solutions according to customer requirements within the stipulated budget; prepare quotation together with the scope of supply on technical specification.
• Prepare technical presentation to client.
• Liaise with factory or counterpart to request for quotation.
• Work with draughtsman for the process flow diagram or flowsheet and layout generation.
