You will work closely with the Head Chef on supplies, costs, and staff efficiency while maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a team-oriented kitchen with strong people management.
• Be actively involved in menu development and costing of dishes.
• Oversee kitchen stock and ingredients, ensure proper dating for QA.
• Work with Head Chef on supplies, costs, efficiency, and staffing.
• Ensure recipes and SOPs are followed to brand standards.
• Respond to guest problems and handle complaints.
• Train new kitchen staff to standards and mentor others.
• Ensure proper purchasing, receiving and food storage standards.
