MCBISTRO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Kitchen Cook to prepare and cook dishes to restaurant standards, and to help uphold food safety and cleanliness.

You will lead a small team of cooks and trainees, ensure portion control, and help manage day-to-day operations. Experience in fast-paced kitchens and a strong eye for detail are preferred.

This on-site role requires reliability, stamina to stand long shifts, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook dishes from menus according to the restaurant’s standards

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time
