Job summary

ONSHORE FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking a hardworking and experienced chef to join the food court team. You will prepare and cook quality dishes while upholding high standards of hygiene and kitchen operations.

The role involves following recipes, ensuring taste and presentation, and collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as chef/cook in food court, restaurant, canteen or catering environment.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Candidates with experience in Indian, Chinese or local cuisine are welcome.
