Job summary

FOUR SEASONS FOOD CENTRAL PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Cook to join our canteen kitchen team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will prepare and cook dishes for daily operations, ensuring quality and timely service. You should have at least 1 year of cooking experience; familiarity with Indian or Chinese cuisines is a plus, and you must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen. We value reliability and teamwork and may require shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant cooking experience preferred.
• Experience in Indian or Chinese cuisine will be an advantage.
• Experience in a canteen, food court, catering kitchen or high-volume kitchen is preferred.
• Able to prepare food in large quantities.
• Good knowledge of basic cooking methods and food hygiene.
