INTERTEK MANPOWER RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a cook with Vietnamese cuisine experience to join our kitchen team.

You will collaborate with colleagues to prepare menus and ensure dishes are cooked and presented to a high standard. Responsibilities include maintaining adequate supplies at cooking stations, preparing ingredients for frequent use (vegetables, spices, etc.), and cooking dishes in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
• ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
• prepare ingredients that should be frequently avaliable (vegetables , spices etc)
• cook and complete dishes in timely manner
• able to cook vietnamese cuisine, snackes, spring roll
• friendly and service oriented
• able to perform shift, work on weekends and public holidays
• ensure good hygiene practices and quality control of food and presentation
• must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
