Qualifications

• Previous restaurant/kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Handle food preparation, cutting, marinating and cooking.
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste and presentation.
• Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor ingredients and assist with stock preparation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef/management.
