Etiqa Insurance Singapore is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Assurance Managers within our Advisory Channel. You will drive sales performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a high-performing team that delivers sustainable growth.

This role blends leadership, coaching, recruitment, and sales management to help advisors reach their full potential while providing quality financial advice that meets regulatory and company standards.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial advisory or insurance sales management.
• Proven track record in leading and developing sales teams to achieve business targets.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, financial planning concepts, and industry regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, lead and develop a team of Assurance Managers to achieve and exceed sales and productivity targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, identify capability gaps, and implement action plans through training and coaching.
• Drive a high-performance culture with structured sales activities, pipeline management and customer engagement standards.
• Build sales capabilities through coaching on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
• Track and improve sales conversion from lead generation campaigns and events to support growth.
