Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking an Insurance Advisory Specialist (Direct Channel) to guide customers through protection and investment choices with professionalism. You will engage clients in meaningful conversations, assess financial protection needs and propose suitable solutions that deliver positive outcomes and trusted experiences.

In this role, you will build lasting relationships, explain product features and costs, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with MAS regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Certifications including BCP, PGI, HI and CMFAS (Res5, M9, M9A).
• Minimum 5 years of sales, financial services, insurance, banking, teleconsulting with excellent sales results.
• Experience in insurance, banking, wealth advisory, telesales or contact centre sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, goal-oriented and motivated by performance and career progression.
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through outbound consultative conversations to assess protection, health and financial planning needs.
• Conduct needs-based financial assessments and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, exclusions, costs and key considerations.
• Manage customer pipelines with timely follow-ups and maximize sales opportunities from leads.
• Consistently achieve sales, productivity, quality and customer outcome targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete records of all customer engagements and recommendations.
• Adhere to MAS regulations and complete required licensing and training.
