Job summary

Income Insurance Limited in Singapore seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of Financial Consultants, driving sales growth and ensuring adherence to company policies.

You will support consultants to achieve targets, hire new talent, and maintain high service standards in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires a degree and at least 3 years of sales experience in insurance or financial services, with CMFAS, CHI, CGI or DGI, DLI or ACII/FLMI certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Has a degree in a relevant field and a proven track record in sales leadership.
• Certifications CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A), CHI, CGI or DGI, DLI or ACII/FLMI or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively execute the sales plans and strategies to achieve targets for the team.
• Maintain a high-performing team of Financial Consultants and monitor performance to develop potential.
• Ensure high-quality service standards and compliance with regulations set by authorities.
• Implement department objectives, policies and procedures and coordinate the sales cycle and methodology.
• Attract and hire new Financial Consultants to expand the team and agency salesforce.
