Job summary

D-Ron Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding our partner network in IT and CCTV surveillance solutions. You will manage channel partners, generate leads, and close deals to strengthen our market presence.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of IT sales or channel management experience, with strong communication and presentation skills. Tender participation is an advantage and knowledge of video management systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of IT sales, channel management, or CCTV surveillance solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with tender participation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of video management systems, video analytics, and security technology preferred.
• Sales-driven, disciplined, and motivated to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow channel partner relationships to increase product sales.
• Identify and pursue prospects via cold calling, direct mailing, and referral programs.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop profitable business models based on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and close deals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams for contract fulfilment.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management.
