Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking an Airport Customer Support Officer to join our operations team at Changi Airport, Singapore. You will assist international travelers with forms, guide them through kiosks, and deliver a high standard of service in a busy, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities include helping travelers complete electronic forms, guiding the use of automated lanes and kiosks, and handling ad‑hoc inquiries while ensuring compliance with airport guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: GCE 'N' Level.
• Experience in customer service or airport operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist travellers in completing SGAC (or similar) electronic forms and check‑in processes.
• Guide use of automated lanes/kiosk systems for immigration or boarding processes.
• Provide general traveller support and respond to ad‑hoc enquiries or issues.
• Ensure compliance with airport operational guidelines and maintain a high standard of customer service.
