Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years in customer facing roles.
• Minimally, N/O/A level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and welcoming passenger service at check-in counters and departure gates.
• Assist passengers with travel documents, flight information and general enquiries.
• Support passengers requiring special assistance and provide personalised customer service.
• Perform passenger service system transactions and support premium lounge operations.
