APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking friendly, service-oriented individuals to join our front-line team at Changi Airport (T1/T2/T3/T4). You will assist the public and international visitors, guide users of self-service systems, and handle general enquiries.

Working hours are rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and a support shift, with a 1-hour break. Candidates with or without prior experience in customer service are welcome to apply.

Competenze

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient and customer service-oriented.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Able to assist individuals with basic online forms and digital systems.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or frontline operations will be advantageous.
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.

• Provide frontline customer service assistance to members of the public and international visitors.
