APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer to assist travelers at Changi Airport. You will help with electronic forms, guide self-service facilities, and answer basic inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, comfort with diverse travelers, and basic digital skills. Training will be provided, with shifts on mornings, afternoons, and support periods including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with travelers from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic proficiency in using digital devices and online systems.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Prior customer service experience will be an advantage, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site assistance to travelers with completion and submission of required electronic forms.
• Guide and support travelers in using self-service and automated processing facilities.
• Respond to basic inquiries and provide general assistance where required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
