Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a Process & Change delivery specialist within the COO Change Delivery Team to support the Team Head in leading change initiatives within Private Banking and managing designated business processes.

The role requires strong Change Management and Delivery experience across Private Banking, with a track record of delivering end-to-end transformations, stakeholder engagement, and governance across multi-market environments.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with 5+ years in Change Management, Change Delivery, PM, or Transformation in Private Banking.
• Proven end-to-end delivery from requirements to adoption and post-implementation review.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive Change Governance across Private Banking, coordinating new product rollouts, regulatory changes, and initiatives.
• Act as SME for designated Wealth products and banking processes, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Front Office, COO, Operations, Technology, Product, Legal, and Compliance to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and execute change implementation plans with minimal disruption and fatigue.
