Standard Chartered Plc in Singapore seeks a Process & Change Delivery Specialist within the COO Change Delivery Team to support the Team Head in leading change initiatives in Private Banking and manage designated business processes.

The role emphasizes Change Governance across Private Banking, ensuring new product rollouts and regulatory changes are coordinated and adopted by the sales force, while managing the pace of change to minimize fatigue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in Change Management, Change Delivery, PM or Business Transformation.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end change in Private Banking/W wealth management.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and translate business needs into practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead change governance across Private Banking ensuring new product rollouts and regulatory changes are coordinated.
• Serve as SME for designated Wealth products or banking processes and drive process improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to identify challenges and opportunities for Change Delivery.
• Drive structured problem-solving and ensure recommendations align with business strategy and client outcomes.
• Support delivery, implementation and embedding of change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop change implementation plans to minimize disruption and fatigue and maximize adoption.
• Engage stakeholders to communicate changes, gather feedback and address issues within scope and timelines.
• Ensure changes comply with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
