Michael Page Singapore represents a globally recognised financial institution seeking an experienced change and business management professional to support strategic initiatives across private banking, wealth management, and related risk functions.

You will coordinate multi-workstream projects, conduct impact assessments, and drive remediation programmes while partnering with front office, operations, and risk teams to implement solutions.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in Private Banking/Wealth Management or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of private banking products, services, and operating models.
• Experience in COO office, platform management, or transformation programmes.
• Able to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Support and coordinate strategic business and change initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Conduct business impact assessments covering operational, regulatory, customer, finance and technology changes.
• Drive front office reviews, remediation programmes and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Support platform management activities including outsourcing oversight and process improvements.
• Collaborate with front office, operations, risk and compliance to resolve business challenges.
• Ensure governance, controls and risk management frameworks remain effective and compliant.
• Identify emerging risks and drive remediation to strengthen controls and processes.

Job Description

• Support and coordinate strategic business and change initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Conduct business impact assessments covering operational, regulatory, customer, finance, and technology-related changes.
• Drive front office reviews, remediation programmes, and management reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Support platform management activities including third-party management, outsourcing oversight, process improvement, business continuity, and change delivery.
• Partner with front office, operations, risk, compliance, and subject matter experts to resolve business challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure governance, controls, and risk management frameworks remain effective and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify emerging risks and drive remediation initiatives to strengthen operational controls and business processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or related financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of private banking products, services, processes, policies, and operating models.
• Prior experience in business management, platform management, COO office functions, change management, or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience supporting regional or large-scale projects would be advantageous.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities.
