Job summary

STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking a Process & Change Delivery Specialist to support the Team Head in leading change initiatives within Private Banking and managing designated business processes.

The role focuses on driving governance across Private Banking, ensuring new product rollouts, regulatory changes, and strategic initiatives are coordinated and adopted by the sales force, while managing change pace to minimize fatigue.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 5+ years of Change Management, Change Delivery, Project Management or Business Transformation in Private Banking/Wealth.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end business and process change from requirements through implementation and post-implementation review.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Front Office, COO, Operations, Technology, Product, Legal and Compliance across locations.
• Experience in multi-market environments with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives and governance across Private Banking to minimize change fatigue.
• Act as SME for Wealth products and banking processes, driving improvements and simplification.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and drive value.
• Develop change plans and ensure regulatory, policy and governance alignment.
• Communicate changes and manage adoption with minimal business disruption.
