Job summary

Singapore Institute of Technology, through SITLEARN, seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to oversee CET Operations. You will coordinate end-to-end programme administration, learner support, and logistics for CET and SCTP offerings in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a degree or diploma with relevant experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or Diploma holder with relevant experience in programme administration, operations, learner support, or related functions.
• Experience in continuing education or training operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Programme Administration and Learner Support: end-to-end administration of CET and SCTP programmes, learner registration, attendance tracking, assessments, and documentation.
• Programme Logistics and Delivery Coordination: manage venue bookings, classroom setup, and support for face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.
• Stakeholder Coordination, Systems and Process Support: coordinate with internal teams, support billing, and drive process improvements.
• Ad-hoc assignments to support operational needs.
