Job summary

Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking an Assistant / Senior Assistant Manager, CET for SITLEARN, a 11-month contract. You will drive digital transformation, support AI-enabled solutions, and streamline CET workflows.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to improve service delivery and productivity. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to contribute to the Training Management System while delivering practical digital

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or related.
• 5–7 years of experience in Digital Transformation, system support, or process improvement.
• Exposure to requirements gathering, basic process mapping, user testing, issue tracking, or implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Support AI and digital enablement initiatives with trackers, progress updates, and benefits.
• Assist in identifying automation opportunities and documenting possible solutions.
• Support Training Management System changes, admin tasks, testing, and data reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and users to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Document requirements, user stories, and test results for management review.
