Job summary

NTUC First Campus seeks a Centre Support Officer to deliver professional front-line support across My First Skool centres. You will assist customers by phone, email and web inquiries, providing accurate information and timely responses.

In this role you will support enrolment transactions, subsidies, and CMS/LifeSG updates, coordinate with external subsidy officers and HQ colleagues, and handle inquiries with professionalism to help families.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of administrative support experience.
• Experience assisting families with subsidy-related matters is a plus.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Team player with willingness to learn and support others.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support via phone, email and web inquiries.
• Support enrolment transactions and subsidy processing in CMS/SkoolNet.
• Coordinate with ECDA subsidy officers, licensing officers and HQ colleagues.
• Reconcile subsidy records and follow up on discrepancies.
• Handle inquiries from parents and ensure timely closure.
