As a Centre Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing professional front-line support, answering enquiries and providing accurate information to customers via the phone, email and internet.
This role will provide effective office administrative support to multiple My First Skool centres from HQ. You will also be responsible for answering inquiries and providing accurate information to customers via phone and follow‑up with emails.
Administrative Support
Supporting My First Skool centres with every child transactions into SkoolNet, LifeSG and CMS. This will include:
Financial Assistance Support
Reconciliation
Calls/Email/SMS
Any other ad hoc duties, such as assisting to buddy new staff when required.
