Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' level holder and above.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in handling incoming calls in a contact centre environment.
• Strong communication and information accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries from customers via phone, email and online channels.
• Maintain the shared mailbox and respond within stipulated timelines.
• Provide accurate information and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Achieve service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
