Job summary

NTUC First Campus is hiring a Centre Support Officer in Singapore to deliver professional front-line help via phone, email and internet. You will support multiple My First Skool centres from HQ with enquiries and accurate information, and assist with enrolments, subsidies, CMS updates and document verification.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external officers, handling financial and administrative tasks, and providing timely follow-ups to parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years in administrative support.
• Experience assisting parents with subsidy matters is a plus.
• Strong customer service focus and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide front‑line support by phone, email and web for customers.
• Handle inquiries and supply accurate information to parents.
• Support centres with enrolments, subsidies and CMS updates.
• Coordinate with HQ and external officers to resolve issues.
• Assist with ad hoc duties and buddying new staff.
