Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Executive to welcome parents, students, and visitors, and to drive enrolments in our programmes. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, manage front desk operations, explain programme details, and coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes up-selling courses and memberships, maintaining accurate records, and processing payments, with a weekday schedule and weekend/evening shifts

Qualifications

• O’ level & above.
• Prior experience in sales or front desk.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist parents, students, and walk-in visitors with a professional customer experience.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels.
• Manage front desk operations including admissions, ticketing, cashiering, and bookings using the POS/booking system.
• Provide information on programmes, schedules, fees, and promotions.
• Handle class registrations, enrolments, rescheduling requests, and general customer enquiries.
• Promote courses and packages to prospective customers, explaining fees and promotions clearly.
• Follow up on trial classes, enquiries, renewals, and outstanding payments to maximise enrolments.
• Process customer payments accurately and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate student, customer, attendance, and payment records.
• Prepare administrative documents and coordinate trainer schedules.
